Clothing Retailer Announces New Kitty Return Policy
International fashion brand Zara has announced that returns of on sale kitties will now be accepted for store credit for up to 30 days after purchase, as long as the cats remain in wearable condition. Previously, discounted kitty sales were final and no returns were accepted. As always, cats not on sale can be returned for a full refund for up to 45 days following purchase.
“This is a fabulous policy change,” said consumer advocate and kitty fashion expert Olga Wexler. ”I applaud Zara for making this consumer-friendly decision.”
